Here at The Kenilworth we've always had a focus on providing a clean,safe environment but we're now taking additional measures to make your stay as worry free as possible. In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we've undertaken a risk assessment and will be implementing several new procedures :
All bedrooms will be ventilated, deep cleaned and disinfected between guests, with special attention paid to high touch items such as light switches, handles. TV remote controls and kettles. Communal areas and private staff areas are disinfected regularly, again with special focus on high touch items such as door handles. We use appropriate antiviral cleaning materials supplied by Chemex https://chemexuk.com/ to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are maintained. All throws and cushions have been removed in accordance with current recommendations.
Our Reception has been fitted with a hand washing station and we would ask that all guests used this on check in. We have also placed social distancing lines on the floor and installed a protective screen to protect both staff and guests on check in.
For the foreseeable future, we'll be serving breakfast directly to bedrooms, in accordance with Government recommendations and because we feel this is the safest option. We'll deliver Breakfast Bags to your room at a pre-arranged time and would ask that you order them the night before.
We're providing our staff with PPE as appropriate and instigating a policy of handwashing at a minimum of once every 20 minutes.
Finally, we would ask anyone who is displaying symptons of Covid-19 before arrival to please cancel your booking. Should you develop symptons whilst staying with us, please stay in your room and contact a member of staff via telephone- we will then assess the situation and act accordingly.

For flexible bookings:changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 1 day before the arrival date/time are without charge. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice.
For non -refundable bookings:payment will be taken at anytime after booking. Due to uncertainty due to Covid-19 and to ensure a risk free reservation,a change of dates will be allowed with no penalties applied.
